Once you have received a referral from your doctor, call us immediately to set up an appointment. We will set up your file to expedite your visit. Did you know? Louisiana is now a Direct Access state. This means that you have Direct Access to Physical Therapy and no longer need a doctor's referral. (Insurance may still require it). This law became effective as of June 6, 2016. There are stipulations to Direct Access.
*Normally, the physician's office sends the referral to us via secure fax. Next we verify benefits. Last we call you to schedule the Evaluation. Please note: We do not always receive the referral the same day you see the physican/provider.

For Veterans - We are contracted through VA. Triwest has been phased out. We are now credentialed with Optum, who handles the VA Community Care referrals now (VACCN).
We accept Private Pay, Trade, Insurance Cases and Workman's Compensation. Workman's Comp requires Prior Authorization. If you fail to notify us that your case is an accident, attorney, car insurance case or worker's comp, we reserve the right to discharge your case & refer you out for continued treatment. No Attorney Cases
It is always best to contact your insurance company or go online to their portal and verify who is in your network, what your copay is (if any), whether you have a deductible or not etc. We will bill and you will be responsible to cover your copays and deductibles.
