Bone Spurs

Iontophoresis has been found to be effective in the treatment of painful bone spurs, which occur when a bone rubs against a ligament, another bone or a tendon repeatedly. These bone spurs can be extremely painful and make it difficult or almost impossible to walk and move easily. Sometimes bone spurs are a result of osteoarthritis. By reducing inflammation and helping the body to reabsorb the calcium deposits, we can begin to eliminate the pain and restore range of motion. Our non-surgical approach can be effective and long-lasting.
